Date - 22/10/2023 Start Time - 11:00  Sign on from 10:15 Location - Baran Road, Pontardawe, Swansea, West Glamorgan, SA8 4RR (Map link below) ENTRIES CLOSE 20/10/2023 @ 20:00 - NO entries will be accepted after this time! PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT!!! Due to the current charges imposed on the clubs running events by Sport80, this event will be run using a different payment method. Please read and understand the following steps. Enter online as normal. Note, you will NOT be asked for payment at this time. Entry via https://acu.sport80.com/public/wizard/e/202040 Either a. Pay in advance at a club night, b. Pay ON THE DAY using a Card (we now have a contactless card machine) or c. Pay ON THE DAY using CASH. THERE ARE STILL NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY! YOU MUST BE ENTERED ON THE ACU SITE AS NORMAL BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES OR YOU CANNOT RIDE! PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP ON THE DAY WITHOUT ENTERING ON THE ACU SITE FIRST! Any problems please drop us an email kev@neathmotorclub.com and we will help out :) ALSO.... The ACU Online system has now had an update where, rider numbers are NOT allocated at the time of entry. Neath Motor Club will allocate your rider number BEFORE The event. This means that, when you complete the entry form, and check your entry you will see Eligibility is set to Ineligible :and clicking the "i" button will show "Requires a Rider Number". Dont worry - there is nothing you can do as a rider at this point! The club will put this right for you before the event. I have fed back to the ACU that this is confusing - maybe it will change again soon.
